Cappagli died today at 4:00 p.m., as confirmed by his niece, Carla Cappagli, to THE NATION, who added that her aunt was fine before the accident. “He had gone out to buy some things, he was in good health, so it is clear that he died as a result of the accident, he was run over,” he said.

At the time of detailing the accident, Carla explained: “She was going through Callao with the traffic light in favor when the group attacked her, according to the police slogan that saw the fact. Now she has judicial intervention since the accident was on public roads.”

“We still do not know how we will continue with the procedures, since the accident was taken by the Justice, they took her to the judicial morgue,” he concluded.
