Natalie Pack files $1.3 million lawsuit against Guess alleging late payments for 48 modeling gigs

Natalie Pack has filed a $1.3 million lawsuit against Guess over late payments.

The 29-year-old model claimed in court documents that she was booked for modeling gigs with Guess starting in October 2015, according to an article on Thursday by TMZ.

She mostly worked one-day shoots with her daily rate ranging from $600 to $2,000 per day, according to her lawsuit.

Pack claimed that she worked 48 jobs for Guess since 2015 to May 2018, but was not paid within 30 days in violation of state labor laws.

Court documents claimed the late payments triggered penalties totaling $1.265 million.

Pack was born and raised in Palos Verdes, California and won the Miss California 2012 beauty pageant.

She also competed on cycle 12 of America's Next Top Model in 2009.

Pack finished in sixth place on her season of ANTM that was won by Teyona Anderson of Woodstown, New Jersey.

The 6ft blonde beauty also has modeled for Jockey, Billabong and Dona Daneshi.

Pack and actor Aaron O'Connell, 32, got married in July at Lake Como in Italy after getting engaged in September 2017.

O'Connell is best known for his portrayal of Wyatt Cryer on the Tyler Perry crime soap opera The Haves And The Have Nots on the Oprah Winfrey Network.

He can next be seen in Runnin' From My Roots and Beverly Hills Christmas II, which are both in post-production.

O'Connell and Pack recently shared photos on social media of themselves enjoying a getaway to the Bahamas.
