Rosanna Davison jokes about ‘baby brain’ as she juggles family life

Rosanna Davison has admitted she’s suffering from ‘baby brain’, something many parents have experienced with their newborns.

The former Miss World welcomed sons Hugo and Oscar in November 2020, roughly a year after her daughter Sophia was born.

Add two dogs and a husband into the mix, and Rosanna certainly has her hands full.

Rosanna is also feeling the effects of the clocks going forward, meaning we’ve all lost an hour’s sleep at the weekend.

Sharing a photo of herself raising Oscar up into the air, Rosanna shared how daylight savings has affected her.

The nutritionist wrote: ‘Spending today [very] confused about nap & feeding times for two babies, two dogs & one toddler now that the clocks have gone forward.’

She included the hashtag ‘baby brain’, a term referring to moments of poor concentration and absent-mindedness — add in the clocks going forward and things really become confused.

Other parents were able to relate to Rosanna’s baby brain woes, with an Instagram user writing: ‘I’m the exact same …. but I’m only solving for one baby!’

‘We woke up yesterday thinking baby had given us a lie in! Nope!’ another commented.

‘I dread clock changes with smallies… Total pain,’ a third said.

While she may have her hands full, Rosanna has come up with a genius way to keep an eye on eldest Sophia while she’s learning to walk.

Sophia has started walking and it seems like there’s no stopping her — which makes mum Rosanna a bit nervous.

Wanting to still give her daughter the freedom to be explore around their home, the former pageant queen thought to tie a soft scarf around her.

Rosanna said: ‘Finding a soft scarf great for giving Sophia the independence to walk and explore for herself but I’m here to save her if she falls into anything.’
