Binibining Pilipinas bet from Talisay City still hoping to meet her father

Binibining Pilipinas 2019 hopeful Gazini Ganados flashes her dazzling smile to her adoring teenage fans.
But behind that happy face is a girl from Talisay City in Cebu who is longing to see her father.
“This is quite sentimental to me but I want to go to Palestine because I have never met my father,” said Gazini in an exclusive interview at the meet-and-greet event for her at the Kagandahang Flores beauty camp in Timog, Quezon City over the weekend.
Gazini, 23, accidentally mentioned her father when asked about the top three destinations abroad to visit. She listed Palestine with Nazareth in Israel and Paris, France.
“I don’t know if he is still alive. I’m hoping for the best. He’s a Palestinian. I just wanna go there and try to look for him,” the Filipino-Palestinian candidate said.
Gazini added: “I heard a lot of good stories about Palestines. They have good food. Who knows? I would bump into him.”
Asked about the first thing she would do the moment she sees her father, Gazini said: “I would give him a hug. I would thank him for the genes because without him, I wouldn’t be here.”
“I’d be joyful. That would be the happiest day of my life,” said Gazini as she smiled. She added she grew up with her grandparents.
A pageant veteran, Gazini is a tourism graduate from the University of San Jose-Recoletos in Cebu City.
She loves the color sky blue, Cebuano songs, and Walt Disney movies.
Gazini who stands 5’8, promises her fans that she will work hard in the Bb. Pilipinas 2019 pageant which will have its grand coronation on June 9.
“I will do my best and I will fulfill the things that I need to do and that I am working hard,” she said.
Gazini hopes to follow the footsteps of reigning Miss Universe Catriona Gray of the Philippines.
