Miss South Africa Ndavi Nokeri is home.
The newly crowned pageant queen kicked off the annual Miss SA homecoming weekend on Friday with a visit to Greenside Primary School in Polokwane, where she handed out sanitary towels to the female students.
Thereafter she was celebrated with a street parade in the capital city of Limpopo.
On Saturday, Nokeri participated in a full schedule of activities, which included travelling to her hometown Tzaneen for a street parade.
Addressing fans who came out to see her in Tzaneen, Nokeri said, "I'm so honoured and grateful that everybody came out today because, without you, there would be no celebration."
"I know that I am standing here because you have supported me from the very beginning."
The Miss South Africa Organisation celebrated Nokeri's homecoming in the evening with a gala dinner.
Nokeri was crowned Miss South Africa 2022 at a glittering pageant finale earlier this month.
The 23-year-old beauty queen received R1 million in cash and a prize and sponsorship package valued at more than R3 million, including the use of a serviced apartment at Ellipse Waterfall for the duration of her reign.
