Miss Universe Philippines names 4 interview challenge winners

The Miss Universe Philippines (MUPH) organization has revealed the four candidates who topped the beauty pageant’s interview challenge, its last online challenge for this year.

These are Julia Saubier of Albay, Jeanne Nicci Orcena of Davao del Norte, Aidyl Mhay Sanchez of Guiguinto, Bulacan, and Vanessa Ann Caro of Iloilo Province, as announced on MUPH’s Instagram page yesterday, April 4.

“Here are the four [uniquely beautiful] delegates, in no particular order, who topped the list of our panelists in the [MUPH 2022 interview challenge]! Congratulations, ladies!” it stated, without naming a top candidate for the challenge.

MUPH previously announced the winners for its other challenges: Mandaue City’s Isabel Luche (headshot), Bohol’s Pauline Amelincx (introduction), Taguig City’s Ma. Katrina Llegado (swimsuit) and Baguio’s Ghenesis Latugat (fashion and runway).

The top 50 delegates to the Miss Universe Philippines pageant were revealed last Feb. 28. They will be trimmed down to top 30 delegates, who are expected to be announced soon.

The new Miss Universe Philippines, following reigning queen Beatrice Luigi Gomez, will be crowned on April 30 in the Mall of Asia Arena. The coronation night will be hosted by Miss Universe titleholders Pia Wurtzbach, Iris Mittenaere and Demi-Leigh Tebow. /ra
