The warm and endearing personality that Manushi Chhillar is, it's difficult to not be charmed by her.

Be it Manushi's classy demeanour, her sense of style, or her efforts towards raising awareness about women's health and hygiene, the diva has lived up to the title of Miss World ever since she won the pageant in 2017.

For a while now, Manushi has been touring across the world and meeting people, as part of the Beauty with a Purpose project. Recently, she won applause for walking the ramp alongside a person with Down Syndrome.

This time, Manushi chanced upon a boy named Mahesh. The fashionista posted a picture of herself with the boy on social media and captioned it, ''Made a new friend today Mahesh!''

From what Manushi reveals on her social-media page, Mahesh seems to be quite different from other boys his age.

The young boy sells roses to pay his tuition fee. English and mathematics are his favourite subjects, as informed by Manushi in her post.

Mahesh, unlike any other child, doesn't like ice cream. That's because he is worried it might affect his health, thereby hindering his plans of playing football. ''He told me he only likes maths and English, and refused to have ice cream as he needs a flat belly to play football,'' wrote Manushi.

Later, Manushi paid him the remaining amount of fee and asked him to gift the flowers he was selling to his mother. Mahesh, however, refused to accept it.

''After much calculation (me testing him and he answering them with a frown) I paid the remaining balance for his fees but told him to gift the flowers to his mom. To my surprise he refused and said that his mother has taught him never to accept money for free. So much to learn from someone so young,'' expressed Manushi.

Manushi Chhillar's tour across the world is turning out to be a symbiotic exchange of inspiration.

Recently, Miss World 2017 also visited a health centre in Belem, Lisbon, where she spoke about the early signs of leprosy and its treatment. The Miss World team later took to the streets and handed out information booklets on leprosy.

We hope Manushi keeps doing the good work and inspiring people across the world.
