Nguyen Thi Ngoc Chau overcame 14 other finalists to take the crown of Miss Supranational Vietnam 2018 in the grand finale of the pageant in Seoul, the Republic of Korea on August 22.
The grand finale of the Miss Supranational Vietnam 2018 pageant was held at the Hotel Grand Walkerhill in Seoul, the Republic of Korea (RoK) on August 22. After a hard fought competition, the crown went to Nguyen Thi Ngoc Chau, Number 458. She will represent Vietnam in the Miss Supranational pageant in Poland.
Ngoc Chau, 24, is from Tay Ninh Province. She impressed the judge and contestants, winning the hearts of many people with her friendly charisma. She previously won Vietnam's Next Top Model 2016.
Ngoc Chau is 1.74 meters tall and measures 80-60-90. She put in a strong performance in the swimsuit session.
In the Q&A session, Ngoc Chau received a question from Miss Vietnam 2010 Ngoc Han, asking if God offered a choice between wisdom, charm or compassion, which she would choose. Ngoc Chau said she would choose kindness, tolerance, and generosity, which will bring people closer and give them a better life.
The first and second runners-up were Truong My Nhan, Number 240, and Hoang Vu Hien, Number 206.
