Tangia Zaman Methila who clinched the title of Miss Universe Bangladesh 2020 will not be able to participate at the prestigious Miss Universe 2020.
According to an official statement by Miss Universe Bangladesh, the model will not be able to represent the country at the 69th Miss Universe pageant in the USA this May, reports Somoy TV.

The organisers stated, "Due to lockdown and travel restrictions we could not finalize the preparations. So we will not be able to participate Miss Universe 2020."
"We already informed Miss Universe USA management accordingly earlier this week," they added.

Ever since the model was crowned as "Miss Universe Bangladesh," the netizens were bashing the model on social for posting a private video of a man in a washroom.
