Mumbai's Nehal Chudasam was announced as the winner of Miss Diva Universe 2018 at a star-studded grand finale event at the NSCI Dome in Mumbai on Friday, August 31.

Actor Sushant Singh Rajput, who was sharing the judges' panel with Shilpa Shetty Kundra, Neha Dhupia, Lara Dutta and Miss Universe 2017 Demi Leigh Nel Peter, announced Nehal as the winner. Aditi Hundia from Jaipur won Yahama Fascino Miss Diva Universe Supranational 2018 and the second runner-up title went to Lucknow's Roshni Sheoran.

21-year-old Nehal is interested in fitness activities, athletics, dancing, anchoring and cooking.
She was born and brought up in Mumbai and besides her modelling interest, she is also studying to become an IPS (Indian Police Service) officer.
Her favourite quote, according to the official page of the pageant, is "There's no substitute for hard work."
Before getting crowned as the Miss Diva Universe 2018, she had won two subtitles - Miss Body Beautiful and Anything but Ordinary Diva.
She shot to fame after she outdid everyone by winning the Pageant Question & Answer Series-2 by TGPC in 2016.
She was among the Top 3 finalists at Femina Miss India Gujarat 2018 in which she won the title of Sephora Miss Glamorous.
Her interest in beauty pageants grew ever since she saw Manasi Moghe representing India at Miss Universe in 2013. Before that, she never followed pageants.

When she asked about her fitness, she said, "To keep yourself motivated towards your goals you should have a picture of you achieving it in your mind. My fitness journey started two years back. I had the aggression. I have made sacrifices, I have cried infinite times, faced failures, lost hopes, BUT I NEVER GAVE UP, how can you give up on something you've been thinking of everytime? Today whatever you see me as, is the result of that one moment I have visualized of."
Being a fitness consultant, she trains people personally and also guides them about the required nutrition to keep their body fit and healthy.
